We seek — to unashamedly profess and bear witness to our personal faith in Christ as our Lord and Savior and put that faith into action through the empowerment of God’s Holy Spirit released within and through us as we do His Kingdom work in the form of helping our Christian donors and nonprofit clients achieve optimal effectiveness and impact with their philanthropy, services, and sharing of the Gospel.

We seek – to be worthy of Jesus’s teaching about being faithful in a few things and then being given responsibility for even more – good and faithful servant. God has gifted His people with unimaginable talent and resources powered by God’s Holy Spirit to carry our His Kingdom work here on earth through generosity and service to individuals and communities in need

We Seek – to work as a team within CME as we collaborate with our client teams to break through barriers and be innovative in addressing and meeting individual and community needs. Believing that “no one of us is as smart as all of us” we seek to harness the power of God’s Holy Spirit within diverse individuals Christians working in Christ-like harmony to meet the needs of those God intends for us to collectively fund and serve.

We Seek – to always operate in a manner and with methods that are open and transparent within our own CME team and in the same manner with our clients. We believe that the ultimate “glue” of optimal mission effectiveness is trust which is the result of transparency and Christian humility, realizing that we are all equals as children of God and brothers and sisters in Christ.

We Seek – to not just be great business consultants and operators, but to provide our services with loving and compassionate spirits as commanded by Christ. Clients and the people they serve don’t care much about what we say or do unless they sense that we care about them, and love them as Jesus showed and taught, and the Holy Spirit empowers us to do

We Seek – to use the resources and talents that God has given our CME team members and our client donors and nonprofits, to not just “give people a fish” but to “teach them to fish. The ultimate transformation of their lives will be though the acceptance of Christ as their Lord and Savior, and becoming a “new person” through the empowerment of God’s Holy Spirit in their lives
